We all feel it: the world around us is becoming more artificial by the day. artificial light, artificial food, artificial materials, artificial pace. We’re constantly “on,” overstimulated, overexposed, and rarely given the chance to settle into the calm, natural state we’re meant to live in.

We spend entire days behind a screen, and slowly the signs start to show: tired eyes, buzzing minds, headaches, restless evenings, difficulty winding down after long hours behind screens.

When we started using glasses that soften the intensity of screen light, something shifted. Not dramatically, but noticeably. Our focus felt steadier. Our evenings felt calmer. Our sleep became deeper and more restorative.

Frames
